Things I’m Loving Lately

The weekend is over already? Blah.
In the spirit of keeping things positive, I thought I’d share with you all a few of my favorite things as of late.
I know I’ve mentioned FitnessGlo at least once before, but it bears repeating! This website has an endless library of workouts to chose from, and they start at just 10 minutes.
Since I’m leaving for Florida on Saturday, and will be out of work next Monday and Tuesday, I’ve got a super-busy week on tap. I’m trying to get done as much as possible so I don’t have to take any work with me to grade on the flight. (Actually, I probably won’t do that anyway, but at least if I’m caught up I won’t feel guilty about it!)
Anyway, I know I won’t be making it to the gym as much as usual this week, so I’ll be relying heavily on FitnessGlo! (Stay tuned… you may have the opportunity to try FitnessGlo, too!)
My iPad mini
I haven’t had as much time to enjoy this as I’d like, but so far, I’m loving it! I can’t wait to use it when I’m cooking. For a while now I’ve been dragging my laptop onto our kitchen island to follow recipes, but it gets in the way and it’s annoying because it has to stay plugged in (the battery is dun-zo). Having my little iPad mini to use instead is going to be fantastic!
The new Fall Out Boy Song
I know I’m not the only Fall Out Boy fan in the blog world. Who else is loving this song? It has quickly become one of my favorite songs to run to, and I can’t wait for them to release more new singles/their new album.
Florida weather
I prefer the heat to the cold, no question! So even if it’s just for a few days – we’ll be in Florida Saturday-Monday afternoon – I’m definitely going to soak it up! The fact that it’s been bitterly cold this weekend is definitely making me even more excited for the warmth.

I use my ipad when cooking too. my moms kitchen is small so having my laptop in there takes up seriously like the whole room. so annoying! Saturday will be here in no time and i’m going to be so jealous of the warm temps!

I prefer the heat to the cold too…and strangely used to get a TON of grading done on the plane. I think it’s because the distractions were so minimal compared to life at my house.

I know that I COULD get a lot done on the plane, but I’d rather read a magazine! haha I’m sure I’ll end up bringing a few essays along or my guilt will get me!
LOVE Fall out boy! I saw them when I was in 9th grade for FREE when they were at Penn State. It was nearly empty! And then a few years later I paid like 60 bucks to see them. 50 Cent opened up for them…random, right?! haha Travis and I are hoping to catch their show this summer!

I love going in to the week feeling so much more refreshed. I’m also loving that college baseball has started. I find going to games so relaxing!

I, too, have been loving the new FOB song. I’ve been a huge fan of them since 2003, and their announcement of their tour was one of the most exciting things for me a while! The new song is awesome to run to!

Yes – I knew you would love your iPad – so useful. .. I use mine a lot in the kitchen too – much easier than dragging the whole laptop in.
