WIAW – Week 39

23 Jan

Hi there! I’m blogging with a pug on my lap tonight, so forgive me for any typos. ;-)

Time for another What I Ate Wednesday post! Thanks to Jenn for hosting the link-up.

For this week, I photographed my eats on Monday since I was off from work and it was convenient.

BreakfastVeggies with cream cheese on an everything bagel + coffee

WIAW1

On Monday morning, I went to an early spin class at my gym. Afterwards, I headed right to Target and the grocery store to get my shopping done for the week. On the way home, I stopped at WaWa to pick up breakfast sandwiches and coffee for me and Chris. This sandwich is one of our favorites; the combo of tomatoes + cucumber with the cream cheese and everything bagel is perfection.

LunchPeanut butter and jelly on whole wheat, white cheddar Popcorners + pineapple Chobani

WIAW2

The bagel sandwich held me over through the morning. Around 1:00PM, I put together one of my go-to lunches. I will never get tired of good ol’ pb and j. This was my first time trying the white cheddar Popcorners and I loved them as much as the sea salt variety!

SnackChobani bite

WIAW4

I spent the majority of my day sitting at the computer working on stuff for school. I needed a little pick-me-up, and this chocolate/coffee Chobani bite did the trick.

DinnerCrockpot mac ‘n’ cheese

WIAW5

I think I said enough about this dish in yesterday’s post! It was the perfect meal for a super-chilly night.

DessertChocolate VitaTop with peanut butter

WIAW6

I decided to pick up a box of chocolate VitaTops at the store this week in the hopes that they would help curb my sweet tooth at night. I’ve been heating them up for 20 seconds in the microwave and then topping with a bit of peanut butter… delicious!

Have you ever tried any Vitalicious products? Favorite? The chocolate VitaTops are awesome; I just wish they were a little less pricey!

Where did you find that chobani bite size yogurt? That is so freaking cute! I must get some of those for some healthy snacks in between class.

I’m loving all the sandwich love in this post – I never get tired of a good ol’ PB&J or yogurt, either! I also LOVE Vitalicious – their chocolate mint vitatops and deep chocolate vitatops are The Best.

I love the double chocolate Vitatops or the banana nut. I love to crumble the banana into chobani with a little nut butter on top :) So good!

They are actually really good! But I rarely get them because it’s like $5-$6 for a box of 4!
