WIAW – Week 31
17 Oct
Hey guys!
I’m going to make tonight’s What I Ate Wednesday post a quick one; I still have quite a bit to do tonight and not much time to do it (I’m already ready to crash!).
Thanks to Jen for hosting the link-up!

I’m pretty sure I had this same oats combo in the last WIAW post I wrote, but hey, it’s good!
In the mix:
- 1/2 c. oats
- 2 heaping tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp. vanilla Chobani
- Enough milk to mix everything together
Toppings:
- 1 tsp. peanut butter
- Peanut butter Cheerios
- A few chocolate chips
- Drizzle of honey
Lunch – Peanut butter and jelly on wheat, pepper jack Cheez-Its (yum!), pomegranate Chobani, an apple, Sparkling ICE Lemonade
I actually ended up eating the apple as an after school snack with some peanut butter:
Photos turn out so much better in daylight!
Dinner – 6 inch turkey sandwich on Italian from Subway
I didn’t feel like making dinner last night, so I stopped at Subway on the way home from BodyPump. I always keep the toppings very minimal. All that’s on here (besides the turkey, of course) is provolone, avocado, spinach, and cucumbers!
Dessert – A few spoonfuls of vanilla Chobani with chocolate chips and honey
{Went undocumented!}
There ya go – What I Ate Wednesday (except it was Tuesday!).
Are you a fan of lots of toppings, or are you a minimalist?

I could go for that vanilla yogurt with chocolate chips right now… yum!!

It’s a great combo!
I love the Sparkling Ice drinks!! They make great mixers for liquor
I pile on the veggies at Subway…I only leave out olives and hot peppers!

I’m ALL about the toppings – particularly at Subway! I load up on all the veggies. Yum!

The only problem with what I ate Wednesday is that it makes me hungry for certain foods and I have to make a trip to the grocery store –> this week I have to go get some cheez-its! YUM! I also need to try that sparking ice drink.
I love only certain toppings on my yogurt – most of the time only granola and fresh fruit!

I hadn’t had Cheez-Its in a while and they were calling out to me at the store the past week!
Bring on the toppings! The more the better.

I used to be the same way when I went to Subway..I used to get lettuce and mustard, that’s it! Then I started ordering Roasted Chicken with everything!! bacon, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, both olives, pickles, cheese, lotssss of hot peppers, southwestern sauce, salt, pepper. I couldn’t eat it any other way lol

Oooh, I have to try getting some bacon next time!
I am all sorts of addicted to oats with pumpkin and almond butter. My husband thinks it’s the grossest thing ever. I’m glad I have someone else on my side

This was my first time trying them — delicious!
How are the Sparkling Ice drinks? I’ve never seen them – I’m behind! And I also love the pepperjack Cheez-Its!
They’re really good! I’m almost mad that I tried them, because now I’ll want to buy them every week!
I am a fan of many toppings… however, one that MUST always be there is chocolate sprinkles
