A Perfectly Simple Valentine’s Day Dinner

13 Feb

This past Saturday night, I tried out a new dinner recipe that I quickly deemed Valentine’s-worthy. So, if you’re looking for a simple yet tasty recipe to whip up for your significant other, give this a try!

I can’t say it enough; I love dinners that are quick & easy, yet don’t lack in the taste department. Plus, the festive red coloring of the dish makes it perfect for February 14th!

We kept our side dish simple by using a pre-made, American blend salad mix topped with the same dressing used in the chicken preparation.

Croutons for some extra crunch!

Will you be making a special dinner to celebrate the holiday tomorrow? As I said earlier, I made this this past weekend, so it won’t be reappearing quite so soon. Actually, I think Chris is taking over in the kitchen tomorrow & trying out a new chili recipe!

I’m guessing that we will be playing good teachers at the basketball game tomorrow night by making an appearance. Bummer. I was looking forward to a night at home with the husband— maybe next year! HA! ;) …….Your meal definitely looks Valentine’s Day worthy! :) Yummmm!

Yumm! I know it’s not near as healthy as your dish, but the bruschetta chicken pasta from TGI Friday’s is so good! Yours definitely seems like an awesome, better for me, version! :-)

Oh this looks delicious! We just ordered sushi to go! I had been craving it so much, yet we did not want to have to deal with the crowds!
I will have to give this one a try this weekend though! Hope you two had a great Valentines!
