There are several things health/fitness-related that I’m loving right now. With warm weather on the horizon (hopefully!), I’m getting the itch to refresh my workout routine (and workout wardrobe, of course!). Here are some of the things that are on my radar:
Ahhh, you guys! I have been contemplating getting a FitBit for the past few months. I’ve actually been saving money from random blog things, and I’m almost up to enough for a FitBit. When I was visiting the website a few weeks ago, I noticed there would be a collection of bands designed by Tory Burch coming out this spring. I fall for “gimmicky” stuff like this so easily, and I have to admit that it makes me want one even more!

I’ve seen several reviews of these sneakers, and I may have to bite the bullet and purchase them soon. I love that these sneakers can be worn to the gym, but also look great with regular, “everyday” clothes. (I use my Crossfit Nanos the same way too!)
Okay, so I don’t have too much experience with barre class, but I will soon! When my gym reopens (so soon!), they are going to offer barre as a new group exercise option. I’ve only taken one barre-style class before, and it was super challenging. I can’t wait to add this to my rotation!
After many, many
weeks months off of running, I am eager to get outside and start hitting the pavement again. I am doing a 5K on April 5, and even though I am very much out of running shape, I hope to run the entire thing (slowly, of course).
I recently purchased a pair of Old Navy workout capris per my sister’s recommendation. I love that they stay put and don’t slide down. I actually tend to prefer drawstring waist workout pants so that I don’t have to worry about my pants falling down—yikes. A few items that have my attention are their compression tanks and 2-in-1 skirt capris <— perfect for springtime running.
