I hope your week is off to a good start. At least Monday is over!
I’m excited for our dinners this week, because three out of four of the meals I’ll be making are new! (And I will hopefully have a new recipe to share with all of you, too!)
This is a recipe I found in Redbook, one of my new favorite magazines. I actually made it for dinner last night, and it was perfect since the weather is still quite cold. Per the recipe, I made cheesy crostini to go along with the soup, which was perfect for dipping.
These aren’t going to be “traditional” quesadillas. I’ve actually come up with my own flavor combination that I’m hoping will be a winner. I’ll definitely share if this recipe is a success!
This is an old stand-by. I like this recipe because the crockpot does all of the work and it only requires a few ingredients.
I’m trying a new-to-me preparation, also found in Redbook magazine. Usually, I make pork tenderloin in the crockpot. This easy-to-follow recipes calls for a roasted preparation, so hopefully it turns out okay!
Are you trying any new recipes this week?
What are your favorite quesadilla ingredients?
