Hello, hello. I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas—I did, with the exception of not feeling too well! I hope to share some of my favorite gifts in a “Friday Favorites” post tomorrow—I got some good stuff!
Today, I thought I’d share an at-home workout with you all. I actually can’t take credit for “creating” this myself; I found it on my work’s health portal. I can, however, take credit for putting it all into a snazzy, pinable image!
You can make this workout as long or as short as you’d like. For instance, you could do the cardio strictly for a warm-up, and then blast through the strength exercises. I have it presented with the cardio as a warm-up and thrown in the middle of the workout to keep your heart rate up. You could repeat the circuit as many times as you’d like, or if you’re pressed for time, just once through should do it! Enjoy!
